The many unique and innovatively designed duplex homes along Lawrence at Yonge offer unlimited possibilities. These fine homes face the Alexander Muir Memorial Park, where the walking trail and vast green expanses are ideal for walking, running or biking. The park is captivating and peaceful with wooden benches, fountains and flowerbeds – a perfect spot for a fun picnic.

Features

Our luxury two-bedroom rental residences feature 24 thoughtfully designed, spacious and airy suites. Two doors lead you into the main entrance of the duplex. One leads to a suite on the main level and the other leads upstairs to a second suite. All suites feature a big balcony overlooking the picturesque landscaped grounds making you feel right at home. The suites feature nine-foot designer molding and archways. The living room features a mock up fireplace adding character and distinction. There are hardwood floors throughout and beautiful white ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.  All windows and doors were replaced in 2007 with heritage style that complements the architecture of the property.

We understand how important it is for our residents to have a warm and pleasing home so the suites include an upgraded 4-piece bathroom with a modern bathtub and sink, toilet, floor tiles and light fixtures.

All kitchens come complete with a stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an abundance of cupboard and counter space. Each suite has a separate shared side entrance and each duplex has a laundry tub in the basement in which the residents may install their own washers and dryers.
