Bert F. Grant Management Limited was incorporated in 1962 to offer the property management experience to other property owners developed by its sister companies, Crestview Investment Corporation and Lawrence Construction Co. Limited. The same corporate philosophy of ability, integrity, loyalty and experience is reflected throughout Grant Management.
We are active members of several industry organizations including the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA), Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), Toronto CREW and BOMA Toronto.
Our staff regularly attend educational courses and seminars to keep us on the leading edge of market place and legislative changes. Our Vice-President of Property Management and our property managers bring many years of experience to their roles, and many hold or are working towards professional designations. Each manager's portfolio is intentionally limited to a manageable number of units, allowing them to dedicate the time and attention each property deserves. We are on call twenty-four hours a day to meet the needs of our resident's, tenant's and client's.
Our staff includes professional accountants and a full bookkeeping team to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting. Clients also have access to the expertise of our in-house project manager who can co-ordinate large projects such as balcony or garage repairs.
We are experienced in all types of management, including high-rise and low-rise residential, industrial properties, office buildings and retail properties. We provide a full service for our clients. For rental properties, our services include marketing and leasing, rent collection, repair coordination, comprehensive accounting, insurance policy review, property tax appeal coordination when necessary, annual budget preparation and the delivery of monthly statements and disbursements.
